Returns, Exchange And Warranty
For All returnable Products, the condition shall be IF Product is unused, in original unbroken packaging and includes all tags. For electronics, open products will be accepted if different from description or picture displayed. You have received a wrong product; You have received a product that is not as described on the Site; or You have received a damaged product. Non-returnable Products. You do not have a right to return, replace or exchange products in respect of: products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them. Any consumable product which has been used or installed; 3. products with tampered or missing serial numbers. Products from the Jewelry, or Underwear. Your Refund: For delivered products, we will refund to you the product amount (for more information contact our customer service or visit our site to know about return policy. i. if the products are faulty or not as described on our Site ii. if you reason for return is due to an error on our side, such as an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery etc. In all other circumstances, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) and you may pay the costs of return shipping. For products not delivered, you will receive a full refund.
Refund Timescale. Your refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our customer fulfillment center and inspected by our team. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will take back sold items within 3 days for either exchange or refund subject to the following terms and conditions. Any product purchased within 3 days and returned as dead on arrival/not functioning as per operational manual/falling short of declared product specifications, will be exchanged or refunded after it has been tested by our personnel or manufacturer’s technician as applicable. In case of all major home appliances, and audio/video products, the exchange/refund will be done only and after investigation and approval is received from the authorized service center of the brand. All Products must be returned with their original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, registration card, Freebies, Bundled items and Promotional Vouchers. Products that are damaged, scratched, package is tampered, or the packaging material is not available then the exchange or refund will not be applicable. When returning a specific product any data or information stored in the memory or storage device, will not be playphoneoman.com’s responsibility for the transfer of such data or information to another product given to the customer as an exchange or repair, as for the loss of any data or information still residing on the returned product.
For products beyond 3 days, manufacturer’s warranty applies, if any.
Any open box return, or exchange will be subject to the following deduction: The product purchased is not used according to instructions given in the INSTRUCTION MANUAL, as determined by the authorized service center / company personnel. Defects caused by improper use, as determined by the Authorized Service Center / Company personnel. Warranty shall be void if product has failed under certain conditions/types (example: Water logging, misuse etc.) Modification or alterations of any nature made in the circuitry by the purchaser or unauthorized personnel, as determined by the company personnel. Site (premises where the product is kept) conditions that do not confirm to the recommended operating conditions of the machine/unit. The original serial number is removed, destroyed, or altered from the product. Defects caused by household pets, rats, cockroaches or any other animals or insects.
Under no circumstance the company is liable for loss directly or indirectly for any of the following:
Third party claims against customer for losses or damages.
Loss or damages to records, information, or data.
Customer is advised to take back up for hard disk contents before handing over the unit for repair. The company shall not provide hard disk backup service.
In case of repair, hard disk contents may be destroyed, and customer will not be informed in advance. The company shall not be liable for any data, records or program lost due to repair.
Warranty does not cover any third-party software, settings, content, data, or links, whether included/- Downloaded in product. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (including, without limitation, wear and tear of camera lenses, batteries or displays). Warranty does not cover defects or alleged defects caused by the fact that the product was used with, or connected to, a product, accessories, software and/or service not manufactured, supplied or was used otherwise than for its intended use, Defects can be caused by viruses from your or from third party is unauthorized access to services, other accounts, computer systems or networks. This unauthorized access can take place through hacking, password-mining or through a variety of means.
Warranty does not cover defects caused by the fact that the battery has been short-circuited or by the fact that the seals of the battery enclosure or the cells are broken or show evidence of tampering or by the fact that the battery has been used in equipment other than those for which it has been specified.
While preparing for a return, product must be in its original packing with full set of accessories and manuals included. We do not accept return of products which have scratches, are damaged as a result of misuse, or malfunction due to wrong voltage connection. At our sole discretion, we may consider returns that do not satisfy the above criteria. Items bought on playphoneoman.com are under ONE YEAR WARRANTY. The products having less or no warranty will have the details mentioned in the description of the product. Some items might be on a longer warranty period as well, so we request our customer to read the description on the product detail page very carefully. If an item received is not the same one ordered, doesn`t work or function as advertised, is missing any component or accessory, faulty, damaged or not in the advertised condition, you have the right to return it and we will arrange for it. You are also given a feature on every product page to rate the item’s quality and working. You have all the rights to rate the product’s performance. You have the options of filing a complaint as well, rating the product and at any time contact the playphoneoman.com team directly. You have the right to return the item only when you have received the time and signed off the delivery order for the same. As mentioned above, it should be communicated to the playphoneoman.com customer service team within 3 days once you receive the item.
